Refund policy

Our products are instant digital downloads, so all sales are generally final once the files have been delivered.

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your file is corrupted, you received the wrong product, or you were charged in error, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Polar, who serves as the merchant of record and may also assist with billing issues.
