Our products

Our products are digital curriculum guides, provided "as is" for home educational use. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record; your purchase grants the license described on the License page.

Projects & safety

Our curricula include hands-on projects that use household materials such as scissors, string, and small objects. All projects are designed to be done by a child with a supervising adult. You are responsible for supervising the activities, choosing materials that are safe for your child, and deciding which projects are appropriate for them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries or damages arising from the activities described in our materials.

Intellectual property

Our guides, illustrations, and site content are copyrighted by Desert Palmetto. Our study companions are independent works: they are not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by the authors or publishers of the featured books, and buying a guide grants no rights in those books — you provide your own copies.

The fine print

We provide the site and products without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page. Questions? support@desertpalmetto.com.
